Important dates for January include:
Monday, January 1st – CMA CLOSED
Everyone have a wonderful Holiday!! We will reopen on Tuesday, January 2
Friday, January 12th – Friend Day!
All students are encouraged to bring a friend with them to class on this day. We will have a fun and educational class prepared for students of all ability levels. Students who bring a friend to class will receive a special prize!
Saturday, January 13th – Sparring Scrimmage
This event will be hosted at Complete Martial Arts. The time will be from 10:00am until 12:00pm. We will practice sparring and sumo. The cost for the event is $7.00 this will include pizza and water.
Monday, January 15th – CMA CLOSED
In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Wednesday, January 17th – Board Breaking
Students will have the opportunity to practice the breaking technique required for their next belt level test. We are now using re-breakable boards. There is no fee for board breaking class. These new re-breakable boards can be purchased for home use. The cost is $50 each.
Saturday, January 20th – Firearms Training
We will meet at RSTP Shooting Range in Randolph, NJ at 2pm.
Saturday, January 27th – Mixed Marital Arts Seminars at the Tropicana Hotel in Atlantic City
There will be a series of 45 minute seminars taught by martial arts legends such as: Cynthia Rothrock, Benny “The Jet” Urquidez, Don “The Dragon” Wilson, Bill “Super Foot” Wallace, and many more. Speak with Master Shipp to register.
