Denisse Tenore

Fitness has always played an important role in my life. The old me would work out in spurts for about 6 months at a time, but then I would lose motivation, plateau, and then take anything that would “supposedly” make me lose weight & give me energy.  I would come up with excuses and stop working out for significant periods of time.  I sure did not eat as clean and healthy as I eat now.

So yes I know exactly how some of you feel!

I am a wife & mother of 3 very active girls, ages 18, 11, and 9.  When I was pregnant I tried to stay focused but like everything else, it became old.  After having my children, I wanted to have my “old body” back… and longing for it just didn’t seem to do much of anything but further depress me!

Thankfully I came across a perfect opportunity to educate myself & joined a course in Atlanta.  After I became a personal trainer through Body Design University, working out & eating healthy has become such an integral part of my life, that it just seems natural these days.  I’m a national level NPC Competitor & Beachbody Classic Champion (2015).  I’m also a group fitness instructor currently teaching Zumba at a local gym.

My goal > my mission is to give others “HOPE” and help them to stop feeling helpless.

If I can do it, so can you!

Living a healthy and fit life has become my priority.

I’m glad to have this opportunity with CMA Fitness and I look forward in getting to know all of you!
