Courtney Riofrio teaches our early morning 5:35am and 6:30am classes. She loves to keep her classes fun and upbeat by constantly changing up the workout styles. She incorporates HIIT training, endurance building, and body sculpting into her class routines. She is vibrant and energetic, and has a passion for fitness. She loves to see people smile from exercising. In addition to training at CMA Fitness, Courtney is a personal trainer and spends her free time weight training, spending time with her dog Bentley, writing, reading, and cooking for her vegan lifestyle.
