Dear Parents and Students,
First, I would like to thank all the students and families who supported the 6th Annual Founder’s Championship. We are looking forward to hosting this event again next year!

Important dates for the month of December include:
Tuesday, December 6 – Thursday, December 15 – Test Review – We will review all the material needed for the promotion testing this month. Please attend as many classes as possible if you plan to test.
Friday, December 16 – Holiday Party 5pm-7pm – Please join us for our annual Holiday Party! We will have a google doc to sign up for food and beverages. There will be a gift exchange for all students and parents. The limit for each gift should be about $20. Boys will trade with boys of the same age and girls will do the same. We also have a parent gift exchange as well. Any parent can bring a gift to exchange with another parent. Master Shipp, Master Clint, and Jenny always bring gifts to exchange.
Friday, December 16 – Holiday After Party – 7pm – 11pm – We will clear the tables, food, etc. from the mat and play physical games with the kids. Such as dodgeball, tag, flag sparring, and many more. After games we will provide movies, video games, and other activities for the kids. Parents are welcome to stay and hang out in the back area or on the mat with the kids. All students (and parents) must be picked up by 11pm.
Saturday, December 17 – Promotion Testing 10am – All color belt students who have 3 stripes on their belt are eligible to take the promotion test. Students must also memorize the required amount of Childrens Home Rules.pdf
Thursday, December 22 – Friend Day – All students are encouraged to bring a friend with them to class on this day. We will provide a fun and exciting class including all the students’ favorite games!
Friday, December 23 – Half Day Camp – Livingston schools will have an early dismissal. If your child is in the aftercare program, please let us know if we are picking up your child on this day or not. Students not in the aftercare program can be dropped off at CMA after school for camp. Half Day Camp cost is $55. Aftercare students receive a $20 discount.
Friday, December 23 – Game Day – This day is for students only. We will have a fun class with all the student’s favorite games.
Saturday, December 24 – Monday, January 2 – CMA is CLOSED for Holiday Break – Regular classes will resume on Tuesday, January 3. Everyone have a wonderful and safe holiday!
