Important dates for February include:

Tuesday, February 1 – CMA Half Day Camp – Since Livingston school will have a half day we will be hosting camp.  After school kids will be picked up at dismissal and receive a $20 discount on camp fees.  Non after school students can be dropped at CMA after 12:30pm.  The cost for half day camp is $55 ($35 for afterschool students).  Students can be picked up as late at 6:15pm.  Please reply to this email to register.

Saturday, February 5 – Tournament Rehearsal 10am – 12pm – All students that plan to compete in the tournament on Sunday, February 13 are highly encouraged to attend this practice.  Sensei Scott from Immortal Dragon who is hosting the Tournament will be here with his student for rehearsal.  We will go over rules for sparring and sumo and will have practice matches.  We will also have GlenRidge Taekwondo and Master Chris Malarkey attending with their students.  This will be a great event!

Sunday, February 13 – Immortal Dragon Winter Tournament – Registration and Schedule are online at Immortal Dragon Winter Tournament.  The tournament will be held in Lincoln Park, NJ.

Saturday, February 19 – Black Belt & Color Belt Testing – Color belt students who have earned three stripes are eligible to test.  Black belts that have trained consistently for the past 4 months are encouraged to test.  Testing starts at 10am for Black belts and color belts ages 8 and over.  Color belt students ages 7 and under will test at 12:20pm.

Monday, February 21 – Wednesday, February 23 – CMA Day Camp – Since Livingston schools will be on Winter Break we will be hosting day camp.  We will have a full day of activities planned including field trips, games, arts and crafts, movies, and more!  More details to follow.  Please reply to this email to register.  Space is limited!

Thursday, February 24 – Saturday, February 26 – CMA is CLOSED – I am proud to announce that I will be traveling to Seattle, WA to host a seminar and tournament in honor of Supreme Master Bok Man Kim.  This will be an annual event to preserve the legacy and teaching of Supreme Master Bok Man Kim and Chun Kuhn Taekwondo.

Finally I would like to resend the 2022 Calendar of Events.  There were 2 mistakes that needed correction.  Nationals will be held in Tulsa, OK not Omaha, NE.  Also the testing date for June was incorrect.  Please click the link below to download:
